We offer snowmobile rentals for 4 or 8 hours, in an ALL-INCLUSIVE package: snowmobile, snowsuit, helmet, gasoline and damage limitation insurance.

Mileage: 250 km per day
Supplement of $1.00 per km, after 250 km/day
* If towing is necessary, the maximum distance covered by Au Chalet en Bois Rond is 75km from the Espace Plein Air Pavilion. Beyond this distance, an external towing company must be hired. Towing charges are extra.
The insurance does not cover bodily injury to the driver or his passenger. It only covers damage to others.
Mandatory damage limitation insurance means that, in the event of breakage, the maximum amount you can be charged is the $3,000+taxes deductible. You will not be charged for any amount in excess. This mandatory insurance costs $30, and is included in the rental price.
Mandatory clothing and equipment included: Snowmobile helmet, boots, mittens, pants and snow coat
Mandatory clothing and equipment not included: Balaclava (helmet liner), valid driver's license.
Suggested clothing or equipment: Hat, hot pads.
Difficulty level : Advanced
During busy weekends, the Holidays, or March break, please ensure to book your snowmobiles in advance so there is still availability.
BOOKING REQUIRED
Conditions:
- Mileage: 250 km per day
- Supplement of $1.00 per km, after 250 km/day
- * Any towing costs are extra.
- The insurance does not cover bodily injury to the driver or his passenger. It only covers damage to others.
- 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
- Kids must be tall enough to lay their feet flat for security reasons.
- Rental contract and security deposit required.
- According to availability.
- Rates before taxes.
- Security deposit for theft and accident (transportation not included): $3000+taxes as a preauthorization on a credit card.
- Mandatory damage limitation insurance means that, in the event of breakage, the maximum amount you can be charged is the $3,000 deductible. You will not be charged for any amount in excess. This compulsory insurance costs $30, and is included in the rental price.

- Make sure to arrive a little early. Departures take place at the indicated time, latecomers will not be expected or reimbursed or compensated for their delay.
- Winter clothing required are included: boots, mittens, hat, pants, and snowsuit. You may be denied access to the activity if you are not properly dressed.
- Mandatory helmet liner for hygiene reasons, not included ($)
Terms of payment:
- 100% upon reservation
Cancellation:
- 7 days or more before activity: 10% non-refundable administration fee.
- 7 days or less before activity: 50% non-refundable.
- 24 hours or less before activity: the full amount of the rental will be charged.
- Only Au Chalet en Bois Rond has the right to cancel the activity due to extreme weather conditions.
- Au Chalet en Bois Rond cannot be held accountable for the reasons for which a client may want to cancel.
- The terms, conditions, and cancellation policies are different for groups.
