Family rafting on the Sainte-Anne River
The Portneuf Regional Nature Park will now manage the inflatable rafting tours previously operated by Excursions de l’Ouest.
The Park now offers inflatable raft rentals for exploring a 6.6-km stretch of the Sainte-Anne River. The inflatable raft trip is a self-guided activity designed for groups of two to five people, and the duration can vary from 1 hour and 15 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the participants’ pace and stops.
The route begins in Saint-Alban in the Gorges Sector and ends in Saint-Casimir. The picturesque and wild landscape, along with the rock walls carved into the Trenton limestone by the water along the way, will transport you to a whole new world. You’ll have the opportunity to navigate these relatively easy-to-manage rapids independently, without a guide.
It’s a gentle, contemplative trip—an activity accessible to everyone: families, friends, groups, schools, and more.
