High season 10% discount on 2-night cottage rentals during weekdays 6 from January 18 through March 16. Other high-season periods: December 15 to March 15, June 16 to September 7, and October 1st to October 15.
Low season September 8-30, October 16 through December 16, and March 16 through June 15. Three nights for the price of two (midweek only) or 10 % discount on two-night packages during weekdays.
Important: Reservations during the summer season for small cottages must be for a minimum of 5 nights. All cottages are non-smoking only.

- All our rental units are non-smoking. If you smoke inside the unit, you will be charged 200 $ for ionization and extra cleaning.
- Prices are in Canadian currency, plus taxes.
- A 15.00$ daily surcharge applies for each additional adult or child ( 10,00$ ) in cottage.(except for the big cottages )
- Cats and dogs are tolerated, on a leash or attached outside. If they are house-trained and inside, you will be held responsible for any damages caused by the animal . We need a 75 $ deposit per animal which will be refunded to you if there are no damages found one week after your departure.
- A 15.00$ daily extra charge applies for each animal with a maximum of two animals per cottage.
- Please notify us if animals are accompanying you at the time of reservation.
- A refundable deposit of 200$ or 300$ which will be refunded to you if the cottage is clean with no damages and no items missing.
Arrival time is 3 p.m . You will have to confirm with us 48 hours before your arrival if you are arriving before 3 p.m. Departure from all cottages must be before 11 AM.

Payment information
PAYMENT 30% at time of reservation, balance will be due 30 days before your arrival. The refundable deposit of 200$ or 300$ will be due 15 days before your arrival. Your invoice will be send by email , fax or mail.

Cancellation policy
Whereas a cancellation by the renter takes place more than sixty (60) days before the start of the rental period, the advance payment will be refunded, minus seventy-five dollars ($ 75.00), plus taxes for administration charges.
Whereas the cancellation by the renter takes place between sixty (60) and thirty-one (31) days before the start of the rental period, the advance payment will be retained. However, if the cottage is re-rented for the same period, the amount will be refunded, minus seventy five dollars (75.00$) plus taxes for administration charges.
Whereas the cancellation by the renter takes place thirty (30) days or less before the before start of the rental period, the advance payment will be retained and the final payment will be refunded in the following fashion:
- Less twenty percent (20%) if the cancellation is between thirty (30) and sixteen (16) days before the start of the rental period.
- Less fifty percent (50%), if the cancellation takes place between fifteen (15) days and eight (8) days before the start of the rental period.
- Less one hundred percent (100%) if the cancellation takes place seven (7) days or less before the start of the rental period.
However, if the cotage is re-rented for the intended period, the last payment will be refunded, less seventy-five dollars( 75.00$)
Au chalet en bois rond or cottage owners, cannot be held responsible for any mechanical problems, electronic or other which could cause inconvience , for example: spa, whirlpool bath, satellite tv, CD player, etc. if these items cannot be repaired during your stay. However, we can assure you that our maintenance staff will do everything possible to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
