Always carefully working to enlarge its horizons and increase visibility, the Au chalet en bois rond rental agency, proposes a vast choice of log homes and cottages on the site (a total of 81 rooms), these cottages are all individually owned.
The agency also proposes some spectacular vacation rentals and cottages situated in exceptional environments, in other regions of Quebec such as Outouais, Lower St-Lawrence, Eastern Townships, and the Laurentians. All our vacation rentals are classified 3 or 4 stars and are all waterfront, either on lakes, or rivers, or close to ski hills, fishing areas, golf courses and other points of interest to tourists. We offer these vacation rentals to satisfy our international clients who also enquire about cottages and vacation rentals elsewhere in Quebec, also these clients like to plan out their own personalised vacation, for example : 2 days in Quebec, 3 days in Lac St-Jean etc.
Our reputation is well known in terms of lodging. A large number of promoters from thoughout Quebec have come to visit our of village, for information on developing similar small villages in their areas, therefore we are confidents that given time we will be able surely, offer snowmobile circuits, 4 x 4, golf, ski, Nordic spa, etc in these different small vacation rental and log home villages throughout Quebec, …..keep watching.

The following is a list of the services we offer :
- Answering all requests for rentals and information, different packages (dog sledding, fishing, ice fishing, hydro plane, etc.) responding to complaints, dffficulties, client needs, either in Franch, English, or Spanish, whether it be by phone, fax, e-mail, or directly at the reception, 7 days per week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m
- Accounting, tax reimbursement (invoicing, reciepts, confirmation letters deposits and final payments) either by cash, cheque, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Interac.
- We will send you a detailed report of all activities (reservations) that took place at your cottage, (expenses, rental revenue, etc.)
- Publicity; we have an employee who takes care of it all. Listing your cottage on our web site, (if it is a log home cottage) pictures of your cottage (a minimum of 6), listing on search engines, availability updated regularily on our site, lisitings in different tourist directories, signs, local newspapers, flyers, tourism guides, different tourist associations, such as Quebec Tourism, Chamber of Commerce etc, as well as the participation at different promotional expositions for vacation rentals, cottages, and country homes, with the emphasis being on tourism in Québec.
- We take care of finding the personel who will do the cleaning after each rental (quality of the work, and verification of the premisis ) as well as the repairs and the maintenance of said property. Wew verify the inventory , toilet papoer, tissues, dishwashing liquid and cleaning products, garbage bags, oven products, window cleaner, as well as birdseed for the birds, little welcome soaps etc. (all of these products will be invoiced to you as well as the salary for the cleaning, reparis, and maintenance of all kinds, snow removal of patios and steps, lawn mowing, changing lightbulbs, flowers garden maintenance etc.) cleaning of the linens and towels (Our log home village only)
Obviously we cannot offer all these services if you cottage is not part of our little log home village, but even if it is situated elsewhere, we can offer some of the services outlined above. In this case, you would need a responsable person for the cleaning, and the reception of your clients. Here on site we have the personnel who can take care of the work for you, you can even be away for months at a time and we will take care of everything. (supplementary fee)
Everything is billed by Au chalet en bois rond, and you will recieve a detailed report for the payment of the taxes collected. A comission of 25% is required on the total before taxes and this amount is deducted as well as the fees for the cleaning and the laundry before your monthly report, assuring that all of the principal people invoilved are paid on time.
