This superb 36' X 36' cottage, constructed in 2006, can accommodate up to 8 people very comfortably and has all the charm and commodities you may desire.
Two lovely bedrooms await you on the ground floor, both equipped with queen-size beds. For your convenience, the master bedroom ensuite bathroom is equipped with a double occupancy whirlpool bath. Bedding and towels are all supplied. Also off of the master bedroom find a patio furnished with a small table and two chairs that will allow you to relax in all privacy and enjoy the quiet surroundings as you listen to the murmuring brook and the birds singing.
The other bathroom on the ground floor offers a large ceramic tile shower. Still on the ground floor, is a spacious living room equipped with a stone-work fireplace, a 36inch Flat Panel T.V. (hooked up to a satellite system offering 200 channels, French and English), a DVD-VHS player, and a CD player. This cottage also offers a vast dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen providing you with stainless steel appliances, microwave oven, dishwasher, and all you need to prepare fine meals. Washer, dryer, and central vacuum system are also at your disposal. For added comfort, the ceramic floors in the living room, dinning room, and kitchen are all heated.
You are sure to appreciate the large veranda where you can enjoy outdoor eating or just take the time to relax as you sit back on the lovely rattan chairs.
A natural gas B.B.Q. is also provided.
For maximum enjoyment, there is a 4-season spa with a seating capacity for 6 people at the back, just a step away from the veranda, from which you will enjoy a magnificent view of the private lake that is only accessible to the Wapitik clients. Nearby this small lake, garden chairs, lounge chairs, and a nice little fireplace have been set up so that you may fully enjoy what nature has to offer.
Upstairs, in the mezzanine, is a cozy reading den equipped with a pool table and two hide-a-beds. From this level you may also access a small balcony allowing you to step outside to enjoy the fresh air.
Moreover, this superb cottage is built on a large wooded lot only a few steps away from Heron Lake where you may swim, fish or go for pedal-boat rides.
