Built in 2011, the chalet Les Marmottes has been designed to offer you maximum comfort.
Les Marmottes is a luxury chalet with 4 bedrooms, on the shore of the lac des Castors. With an access ramp for wheelchair, this chalet can host diabled people.
On the first floor, a large bedroom with queen-size bed and a fully-furnished spacious bathroom ; the restroom is separate ; a kitchen with modern and complete electrical appliance, a table with high chairs ; this kitchen is open on the dining room and the living room so the chefs are not isolated ; the dinner table can easily host 10 people ; in the living room, an enclosed fireplace will warm the cold winter nights. You will also find a Bell satellite TV, a Blu-Ray player and a home-cinema.
Two beautiful bedrooms are on the second floor ; one has a king-size bed and offers a view on the lake, the other has two single beds. The hosts of these rooms have a second complete bathroom. The restroom is also separate. A reading corner with Hi-Fi stereo allows the reception of Internet channels and play from an iPod or iPhone ; this space is open on the first floor living room and offers a wonderful view on the lake.
In the basement, you can play and relax with the pool table, a games table and a sitting room. A large room with a queen-size bed and a DayBed with truckle bed can host 4 people with comfort. A third bathroom is available with whashing and drying machines.
On the lake side, a large terrace with picnic table and gas BBQ allows you a dinner with a beautiful view. Walk down a few stairs to get to an esplanade where you can find a SPA for 6 people.
Everywhere in the chalet, you can stay connected to the world with the Wi-Fi Internet connection. If summer days are too warm, you can cool the whole chalet with the in-built air conditioning. The chalet is large and the living room open to the second floor, as well as the basement stairs, give a pleasant feeling of space. A powerful water treatment will provide you with completely consumable water.
Bedding and towels are included.
Our cabin village is located near the golf courts Le Grand Portneuf and Golf des Pins, and less than one hour away from the Valcartier holiday resort. You can enjoy the water parks in summer and the air-ride slides in winter. You can also visit the ice village Poissons des Chenaux in Ste-Anne de la Pérade. Only 50 minutes away from the Vieux Québec, the Québec City carnival and many festivals are there to entertain you. Fishing on the Saint-Laurent river is only 15 minutes away from the chalet. Many activities await you throughout the year! All the goods of nature are close to the beautiful city of Québec!
