A very nice vacation cottage for a maximum of 6 people.
Well hidden by the trees, a tranquil, private area with no close neighbors.
Our log cottage is situated on the banks of the Ste-Anne River, with a path descending to the water and a little dock, the perfect area for fishing.
On the main floor of the cottage you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and everything necessary for preparing meals, the dining room and the living room with a Don Bar wood buring fireplace telephone, TV with satellite, DVD player,VCR and CD player, and a bathroom with shower and bath.
Upstairs: three rooms, two with a queen size bed each, and the third with a double bed with a superb view of the river. You will find a washroom with toilet and sink, and finally a large living room area with view of the water. A games and reading area for children with two rocking chairs.
Outside, two picnic tables are waiting, one on the verandah next to the gas propane barbecue and another in a wooded area near the river.
An umbrella, folding chairs, outdoor fireplace, all are there for your use.
No questions to ask, everything is funished. linens, towels, all included.
Summer as in winter, come, relax, and appreciate the comfort of our cottage, the Sud.
Our log home village is near golf Grand Portneuf and the Golf des Pins as well as being close to Valcartier vacation village. You will enjoy yourself in the waterparks in the summer and snow sliding on tubes in the winter. There is also a ice village for ice fishing poissons des chenaux in Ste-Anne de la Pérade. Just 50 minutes from Quebec City, the Quebec Carnival and numerous other festivals will keep you entertained. Fishing for walleye on the majestic St-Lawrence River is also offered just 15 minutes from the cottage. All kinds of activities await you throughout the year! Nature at it’s best, just a few minutes from one of the most beautiful cities, Quebec.
