Upstairs, a lounge area complete with large TV and pool table also sports a sofa bed.
The chalet includes two complete bathrooms (towels included), one with a gorgeous whirlpool bathtub and oversized ceramic/glass shower.
On the first floor, a great room with a beautiful stone fireplace (firewood provided) opens onto a vast dining-room for 10 to 12 guests with an all-equipped kitchen similar to the Grand-Duc's, awaiting your culinary expertise (includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, dishes, flatware and cookware, etc.)
The Atikinak is furnished with a complete laundry room with washer and dryer and also a central vacuum.
For your entertainment pleasure, satellite TV is available offering over 200 channels; in addition, CD player, VCR, and gas BBQ (gas included) are provided.
The wide covered veranda with patio furniture and swing provides a spectacular view of Lac Heron.
To inspire your senses, an enchanting freshwater creek meanders through the property and passes under a charming wooden bridge. There is a fabulous place equipped with a picnic table to have a campfire and roast marshmallows just a few feet away from the lake. Located on the waterfront of little Lac Heron, the Atikinak possesses its very own private beach ideal for fishing and swimming. A perfect chalet for a family getaway!
